Dale Mahabir

All day and all night I take my work very seriously. Thankfully not myself.

I’m a multi-skilled web specialist and designer with a variety of superpowers. While I enjoy building websites, I quickly realized what made me happiest was the success of my clients in multiple arenas. I love when online strategy meets with sharp designs and simple usability, and it’s this passion that’s put me at the intersection of search engine marketing, functionality, and user experience.

I like wielding my skills to complete complex projects, whether it be in a focused, single-lane role, or something more comprehensive. Teamwork is the key to success, so I can support other team members or I can lead the team myself. I’m comfortable wearing multiple hats (and I won’t complain about the hat hair).

My Process

Phase 01:

Discover

This is the learning phase. Clients educate me about their business, industry, and goals. I learn about their target audience and find out what my clients are trying to say to them.

Phase 02:

Strategize

Based on my client’s needs I begin analyzing their current digital strategy, from design to SEO, and all the code that lies in between. I’ll then formulate ideas and recommendations to help clients meet their goals.

Phase 03:

Implement

Based on client feedback, I begin putting a plan in motion. I might be designing a wireframe, creating a social media calendar, or managing a team of developers. Maybe I’m doing all of those. Side note – this is usually when my coffee intake spikes.

Phase 04:

Test

Now that the plan’s been executed, I monitor the performance of the campaign. While planning is essential, there are always elements to any strategy that can’t be predicted. Based on metrics and KPI’s I’ll make analytics-driven changes to optimize my work.
